Thank you: a few years of fireplaces and hand-cut lettering

To every client who has trusted us with their home

Since Staves Stonemasonry began, two kinds of work have become a real part of who we are: masoning and installing stone fireplaces, and cutting lettering by hand. Before we head into winter, we wanted to stop and say thank you to every client who has trusted us with them.

Fireplaces made for the home

A fireplace is often the first thing people notice when they walk into a room. Each one we make is shaped and finished in our workshop, then fitted on site to suit the room and the house. We've made traditional surrounds for period houses, simpler designs for newer homes, and plenty in between.

Hand-cut lettering

Lettering by hand is slow, careful work, and that's what makes it last. We've cut house names, signs, plaques and inscriptions, every letter by chisel and mallet, so it reads clearly for years to come.

Thank you

None of this happens without our clients. Thank you for choosing us, for recommending us to friends and neighbours, and for your kind reviews. We're looking forward to the projects still to come.
